Went to Missoula to do my long run. Ran 11 miles. I felt pretty good except for it being kinda hot and I didn’t bring enough water. Missoula broke a record for today with a temp of 100. It wasn’t quite that hot while I was running but it was warm for sure. The run was a combination of road and trail.
Brad went with me. On his bike. This is Brad riding behind me laughing and talking on his phone while I am trying to run. 
Here I am trying to choke down my sport beans with the last few spits of water I had. I did stop at a University garden farm plot on the way back and begged some water from them.
Wild At Heart 
“Why can’t I get a bottle like Mary?” asks William. Drinking his own water, way past bedtime!?! I think Brad has the right idea here….
